1. Service and its role
Bargo is a publication portal and community for finding and offering goods, services, jobs, cars, and real estate. These terms describe the rules for using the platform. The operator's details are provided at the end of the document; until they are filled in, the document has the status of a draft.
Participants independently determine the terms of their offers and negotiate among themselves. Bargo does not become a seller of goods, an employer, or a service provider solely by posting a publication. External payments for goods, fund holding, and delivery via carrier API are not handled by the platform in the current version.
2. Account and authorization
Provide accurate data and use the service within your civil capacity. Acting on behalf of a company or another person, ensure you have the appropriate authority. Do not impersonate another person or organization.
Keep your password and access codes confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password, check your sessions, and contact the operator. Profile badges, level, karma, or email verification by themselves do not constitute identity verification or a guarantee of reliability.
3. Publications and rights to materials
Post only lawful offers that you are entitled to make, and materials that you have rights or permission to use. Truthfully state the condition, price or budget, characteristics, defects, and terms. Do not add others' personal data without proper grounds.
Fraud, illegal goods and services, copyright infringement, threats, harassment, incitement to hatred, spam, and malicious files are prohibited. Do not circumvent restrictions, create fictitious activity, or interfere with the service's operation.
The rights to your materials remain with you. By posting them, you allow Bargo to store, technically process, adapt the format, and display them within the chosen publicity and ordered service functions. This permission does not transfer ownership and is not a separate consent for training models on your materials.
4. AI assistant
AI may suggest a description, title, summary, or assist with search. The result may contain errors or omissions. Verify facts, material rights, and text relevance before use; you determine the terms of the deal and the final content of the publication.
AI availability depends on settings, limits, and model performance. Do not use generated text as confirmation of an item's authenticity, a qualification, legal status, or a participant's reliability. Request and photo processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Bars, tasks, and rewards
Bargo Bars are internal units for accessing service features. They are not money, a deposit, or an investment. In the current version, they cannot be purchased with money, transferred to other participants, or withdrawn. Starting bars and rewards are credited according to the rules shown in your account.
Task rewards are provided once after server-side verification of conditions. XP, karma, and bars have different purposes: karma is not spent as a balance. Do not create additional accounts or fictitious actions to bypass reward rules.
The cost of AI and promotion is shown before launch. A completed AI result is paid for with bars even if you did not use it; a technical error or re-delivery of the same operation does not create a new charge. Manual publication filling and search are free.
6. Promotion and metrics
Available formats, cost, dates, and promotion duration are indicated during selection. Publications and showcases with promotion are marked as advertising. Showcase promotion is a separate campaign with a transition to the entire participant or company page; the term begins after purchase confirmation. Manual pinning and team selection within a showcase do not constitute the purchase of an advertising space. Position depends on filters, publication availability, display rules, and rotation; a specific number of views, inquiries, or sales is not guaranteed.
Pausing or stopping a campaign does not extend the purchased term. Automatic bar refunds for unused time are not yet implemented; for errors or disputed charges, contact the operator. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Analytics show technical metrics of views, clicks, and interactions, not confirmed sales, revenue, or the number of unique individuals over the entire period. Inflating metrics is prohibited.
7. Communication, karma, and related offers
Discuss publications on their merits, respect your interlocutors, and do not disclose others' confidential information. Use blocking and reporting for violations. Karma ratings should reflect real experience; coordinated inflation or bullying is unacceptable.
Related goods and services are offered by their authors. Linking to another's publication requires service-provided approval and does not imply quality checks or guarantees from Bargo.
8. Moderation and Appeals
For violating rules or legal requirements, materials may be hidden or restricted, and actions may be unavailable according to service rules. Complaints, explanations, and decisions are processed for community safety. Available appeal mechanisms are shown in your account or near the relevant decision.
If you believe a decision is incorrect, provide a link to the publication and an explanation through the available appeal or by contacting an operator. Do not post sensitive evidence in public comments.
9. Availability and Responsibility
The service is under development: technical interruptions, feature changes, and data update delays may occur. User publications, AI texts, and metrics should not be taken as verified platform guarantees. Keep your own copies of important materials.
Each party is responsible for their actions within the scope of applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, the right to judicial protection, or liability that the law prohibits limiting.
10. Changes, Termination of Use, and Disputes
The current version of the terms is available on this page with a date. Changes do not retroactively re-evaluate a campaign that has already been paid for. Separate terms may apply to new features, which must be displayed before ordering them.
You can stop using the service and manage your publications in your account. Full account deletion is requested from an operator; the storage of related data is determined by the Privacy Policy and law.
To resolve an issue, contact an operator with a description of the situation and the publication or transaction ID, without passwords or codes. The relationship is governed by the laws of Ukraine, taking into account mandatory norms that may apply to you; the right to approach a competent court is preserved.
